The process
From your customers booking, through to the session completion,
Create Bookings has you covered
1 Booking
Booking & Payment
Your customer selects their preferred date and session. Payment options include: Credit Card, Gift Vouchers and Cash(in store only). Any coupons can be applied during this stage. You may configure deposits if desired, you customer may choose then to pay a deposit instead of the full rate.
2 Waiver
Digital Waivers
This module is optional, there are no extra costs associated with using the waivers. These can be emailed to your customer with the confirmation email if you choose. An SMS option also exists which can be used to send the waiver links to players (SMS costs apply if you active SMS, charged at the cost rate)
3 Session
The Session
On your Dashboard, you will find your daily bookings. Each booking card will contain info about the booking. Any outstanding amount will be displayed along with the session details and actions buttons to edit and SMS the waiver link to any players yet to sign (SMS costs apply if you active SMS, charged at the cost rate)
4 Afterplay
After the Session
When the session is completed, you may choose to take advantage of our Afterplay module. This allows you to take a photo of the team, and overlay session details such as status (escaped/did not escape) and time remaining. These photos can then be uploaded to your Facebook business page, helping you drive traffic to your social media accounts, as well as emailed to your customers.
